I don't just talk about systems.

I built my life with them.

Victoria Price, Family Systems Architect and speaker.

Victoria Price became a mother early with no roadmap, no village, and no systems to lean on. So she built them.

Over fifteen years later, those same systems became the foundation of everything: her household of five, her business, and the frameworks she now teaches to her clients. Morning routines, family meetings, household workflows, emotional check-ins. They didn't just keep her family afloat. They changed everything.

In 2019, her daughters, Zaria and Hailey, went viral for reading bedtime stories on Facebook Live, sparking a national book drive that collected over 6,000 books and garnered coverage on Good Morning America, Inside Edition, Book Riot, and Scary Mommy. The girls went on to co-author a children's book, Me, Myself, and Mom.

Today, Victoria brings over 15 years of professional experience across nonprofit, insurance, real estate, and communications. She's worked with 200+ organizations and speaks from firsthand experience: that intentional systems aren't just for businesses. They're for families, for solo parents, for anyone who's been told to figure it out and never shown how.

What Victoria Speaks On

  • Intentional Parenting and Breaking Generational Cycles

Victoria shares the raw, real story of learning to parent without a playbook. She breaks down the systems she built to stop repeating what was modeled for her and start creating something new: family meetings, emotional check-in routines, and structures that gave her children what she never had. Consistency, communication, and a voice.

Best for: Parenting conferences, school family engagement events, church women's ministries, community organizations.

  • Single Motherhood, Resilience, and Building a Life on Purpose

This talk is for every woman who has been told she has to hold it all together without being shown how. Victoria speaks candidly about rebuilding after a major life transition, managing ADHD, navigating five children as a solo parent, and using systems, not willpower, to create a life she doesn't need to escape from. Part testimony, part toolkit, all truth.

Best for: Women's leadership events, corporate ERG panels, resilience and reinvention conferences, faith-based gatherings.

  • Practical Family Systems That Work in Real Life

Forget the Pinterest boards. This talk is about building a household that functions, not one that performs. Victoria walks audiences through the exact systems she uses in her own home: routine architecture, age-appropriate responsibility systems, communication rhythms, and the mindset shift that makes it all stick. Audiences leave with a framework they can implement that same week.

Best for: School PTA events, parenting workshops, corporate work-life balance panels, organizational development conferences
