By purchasing any digital product from Organize Design Create Marketing ("ODC Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY

PDF guides and workbooks
Video tutorials
Digital downloads

1.2 Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital product(s) via:

Email with download link
Direct download page
Access to digital files hosted on our platform

1.3 Access

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. Download links are provided at the time of purchase and remain active indefinitely, but we recommend downloading your files immediately.

2. ALL SALES FINAL

2.1 No Refunds

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

2.2 Product Review

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, previews, and details before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

2.3 Technical Issues

3.4 Copyright

All digital products, including templates, designs, text, and content, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Organize Design Create Marketing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via Stripe, which processes major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods.

4.2 Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your location.
